Townsend Manor Care Home is looking to recruit a Clinical Lead on a permanent basis with contracts for up to 44 hours.
Our contemporary and cutting-edge care home is based in Soham.

Previous experience in a similar role is preferable.
* Desire to deliver the highest quality of care to our residents.
* Motivated to support and guide clinical team members, encouraging them to improve and develop their personal skills and knowledge.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to provide constructive feedback in a way that motivates improvements in standards.

* Friendly, open, and trustworthy personality, with the ability to maintain confidences.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
* Comfortable working in a busy environment, capable of setting priorities and ensuring deadlines are met.
*What to Expect:* As Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for reviewing, managing, and monitoring care plans and medication records.
You will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure that all induction and mandatory training is completed, and you will provide appropriate professional support to senior staff and team leaders.
