About Us: Townsend Manor Care Home is looking to recruit a Clinical Lead on a permanent basis with contracts for up to 44 hours.Our contemporary and cutting-edge care home is based in Soham.

Previous experience in a similar role is preferable.* Desire to deliver the highest quality of care to our residents.* Motivated to support and guide clinical team members, encouraging them to improve and develop their personal skills and knowledge.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to provide constructive feedback in a way that motivates improvements in standards.* Contributes to a culture of accountability, where decisions are owned and best practices are shared within the team.* Inspires interest in self-development and encourages others to improve.* Friendly, open, and trustworthy personality, with the ability to maintain confidences.* Strong written and verbal communication skills, highly organized, and detail-oriented.* Comfortable working in a busy environment, capable of setting priorities and ensuring deadlines are met. What to Expect: As Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for reviewing, managing, and monitoring care plans and medication records.
