Job Title: Clinical/Educational Psychologist & Lead Clinician.
Location: Heath Farm, Ashford, Kent.
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (FTE, dependent on experience).
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 8:30am-4:30pm.
Contract: Permanent, 41 weeks (with potential for a full-time contract of 52 weeks).
We're seeking a Lead Clinician to manage our Clinical Team at Heath Farm School in Kent.
You'll work collaboratively with the school's Senior Leadership team and the Locality Clinical Lead.
Your key responsibilities will include clinically leading the team, maintaining a clinical caseload, coordinating line management, and identifying emerging themes and priorities for students' educational and life outcomes.
You'll work closely with the school's SLT, OFG guidance, and clinicians to enhance clinical excellence and embed clinical targets within the education team.
Key skills and qualifications include a doctoral-level degree in Psychology, registration with the HCPC, and experience working with autistic individuals and those with complex needs.
