Small Animal Clinical Director – Buchan Vets, Aberdeenshire! Salary of up to £80k FTE DOE + Benefits. Relocation allowance available! Visa costs supported! NO OOH! Clinical Director required overseeing 3 practice sites in the stunning Aberdeenshire area, North East Scotland.

Location: Based in beautiful North Aberdeenshire, Scotland, where castles, beaches, mountains, golfing, sailing and dolphins are all available within an hour's drive of the practice. Aberdeen airport is only around an hour's drive too!

About you: You will lead and support our small friendly, welcoming teams over 3 practice sites. You will be greatly supported in your role as Clinical Director and will enjoy working alongside our Senior Practice Director, Practice Manager, Head Nurses and fantastic team of clinical and clinical support staff. You will also have business support of our wider support network available throughout our group. Therefore, if you are stepping into a Clinical Director / Senior role for the first time, this is the ideal opportunity for you as we will ensure your transition into the Clinical Director role will be a smooth one! This role is open to qualified Veterinary Surgeons who are either already in a leadership role or any experienced Vet with a desire to progress into a management role for the first time where support is available.
