Sanctuary Personnel have a rare opportunity for a Vet looking for career progression and a new adventure! Our client require a Clinical Director to oversee three practice sites in the stunning Aberdeenshire area, North East Scotland.
Location: Based in beautiful North Aberdeenshire, Scotland, where castles, beaches, mountains, golfing, sailing, and dolphin spotting are all within an hour's drive of the practice. Aberdeen airport is also just an hour away!
About You: You will lead and support their small, friendly, and welcoming teams across three practice sites. In your role as Clinical Director, you will receive great support from their Senior Practice Director, Practice Manager, Head Nurses, and their fantastic team of clinical and support staff. You will also have business support from their wider network, making this an ideal opportunity if you are stepping into a Clinical Director or Senior role for the first time. If you are already an experienced leader, you will enjoy being part of an experienced leadership team to further develop your management skills and experience.

This role is open to qualified Veterinary Surgeons who are either already in a leadership role or experienced Vets with a desire to progress into management, with support available.
Candidate Requirements: Qualified Veterinary Surgeon: Must hold a degree in Veterinary Medicine and be registered with the RCVS.Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a leadership or senior veterinary role is desirable.Clinical Excellence: Strong clinical skills and a passion for delivering high standards of veterinary care.Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.Team Player: Ability to support and motivate a clinical team, fostering a collaborative and positive working environment.Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to oversee multiple practice sites effectively.Commitment to CPD: A dedication to continuous professional development and staying updated with the latest veterinary practices.
