Are you an experienced Veterinary Surgeon looking to advance your career, or an existing Clinical Director seeking a new challenge? Our client, a prestigious small animal practice located in the historic town of Warwick, Warwickshire, presents a fantastic opportunity for you!

In this role, you will have the chance to step into a leadership position, either as an experienced Clinical Director seeking a new challenge or an ambitious Veterinary Surgeon ready to advance your career. You will lead a dedicated team of skilled veterinary professionals, including four experienced vets, four Registered Veterinary Nurses, two Student Veterinary Nurses, and a committed support team. Your responsibilities will include consulting and performing surgeries while ensuring the highest standards of care and service. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in mentoring and empowering the next generation of vets, as well as driving sustainability and productivity within the practice.

The practice is known for its welcoming atmosphere and passion for making a positive impact on the lives of animals and their owners. It is equipped with advanced diagnostic tools, such as digital x-ray, ultrasound, and an in-house laboratory, which will enable you to provide exceptional care.

To thrive in this role, you should have proven experience as a Veterinary Surgeon or Clinical Director, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of care while driving practice success.

The Rota:
• Full time role - 40 hour week (Part time applications welcome)
• Practice opening hours are from 8:30am - 6:30pm with the shift pattern being negotiable
• Saturday morning rota
• No OOH
