Clinical Director For Adult Services

About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director to lead our Adult Services team at Pen-Y-Bryn, Flintshire.
As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical direction of our services, managing a therapy caseload, and coordinating line management.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve service outcomesManage a therapy caseload, providing high-quality assessments and interventions to adults with complex needsCoordinate line management, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between teamsDeliver bespoke assessments and intervention plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teamsRequirements:Significant experience in adult mental health or social care, preferably in a leadership roleProven track record of improving service outcomes and implementing clinical strategiesExcellent therapeutic skills, with ability to work with adults with complex needsStrong leadership and management skills, with ability to coordinate line managementWhat We Offer:A competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experienceOngoing professional development opportunities, including training and coachingA supportive and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for career progressionLocation:The successful candidate will be based at our Pen-Y-Bryn site in Flintshire, with regular travel to other locations as required.Salary: £62,500 per annum
