Clinical Director For Adult Services

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director to lead our Adult Services team at Pen-Y-Bryn, Flintshire.
As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical direction of our services, managing a therapy caseload, and coordinating line management.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve service outcomes Manage a therapy caseload, providing high-quality assessments and interventions to adults with complex needs Coordinate line management, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between teams Deliver bespoke assessments and intervention plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams Requirements: Significant experience in adult mental health or social care, preferably in a leadership role Proven track record of improving service outcomes and implementing clinical strategies Excellent therapeutic skills, with ability to work with adults with complex needs Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to coordinate line management What We Offer: A competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience Ongoing professional development opportunities, including training and coaching A supportive and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for career progression Location: The successful candidate will be based at our Pen-Y-Bryn site in Flintshire, with regular travel to other locations as required.
Salary: £62,500 per annum
