Role: Clinical Deputy Manager
* Location: Hellingly, East Sussex
* Contract: Full-time, 40 hours/week, including some weekends
* Salary: £53,000 per annum (£25.49/hour)
On behalf of our client, a well-respected care home provider, we are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager.

Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Home Manager to drive service improvement and high-quality care delivery.
* Lead and support the nursing and care team, ensuring best practices and clinical excellence.
* Provide mentorship and clinical supervision to nursing staff.
* Liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure residents' medical needs are met.
* Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, safeguarding procedures, and internal policies.
* Oversee infection prevention, medication management, and resident care plans.
* Conduct team meetings, deliver training, and ensure clear communication across the team.
Requirements
* Valid NMC registration and nursing qualification.
* Proven experience in a deputy or managerial role within a care or nursing home setting.
* Strong leadership, communication, and team-development skills.
* A compassionate and resident-focused approach to care delivery.
