The successful candidate will be able to work in a team and independently, have a good standard of education with excellent literacy and numeracy skills and at least 2 years experience of working in an administrative role.
If you have these then why not join our friendly dedicated team.The successful candidate will work as part of the team, managing key tasks including:Line management for the Clinical Administration team, overseeing team staffing levels and monitoring workload and team working schedules to ensure the workload is being covered effectively.Medical note sorting/summarising which includes accurately entering all relevant clinical data on to the computer records using the correct priorities.Please note this position is for a 20-24 hours over 4 days a week.Please note that should this vacancy attract sufficient interest it may be necessary to close the vacancy at an earlier date.

Main duties of the job The successful candidate will work as part of a team both for the daily over sight, general direction and development to ensure that all medical notes are sorted date order or prioritised appropriately.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential Four GCSEs (C and above) or equivalent Experience Essential Minimum of 2 years' experience of working in an administrative role.
Desirable Previous experience in the NHS or social care or relevant field.
Line management experience.
