About Us Psicon is a specialist neurodevelopmental service working both privately and with various NHS trusts to provide autism and ADHD assessments.

Assessments are carried out by our team of associate clinicians from a range of clinical backgrounds, in satellite clinics across the country and remotely.

About the Role As a Clinic Coordinator, you'll manage the daily operations of our neurodevelopmental clinics, offering vital support to both clinicians and our operations team.
Every day, you'll play a key role in delivering services that make a real difference.
Principle duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to: • Oversee the smooth running of autism and ADHD clinics across the UK, ensuring everything is in place for successful assessments.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and secure emergency cover when needed.
• Be available for early morning support one day a week to ensure urgent clinician needs are addressed.
• Work closely with operations teams (bookings, reporting, etc.)
to deliver outstanding service to clients.
• Assist in identifying and resourcing new clinic venues, helping us grow and improve.
• Manage clinician availability using When I Work software to meet service demands.
Person Specification • Prior clinic coordination experience, particularly with the NHS or in the private sector • You can work effectively under pressure while keeping an eye on both the details and the bigger picture.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of autism and ADHD assessments is a bonus but not essential.
• Confidence and professionalism to address concerns over a clinician's conduct and report these to their line manager.
• Strong computer skills are essential.

The role is based at Psicon headquarters in Canterbury and the core hours are 09:00-17:30, however, we operate clinics 7 days a week so variations to days worked can be considered to suit candidates.
Candidates will also be asked to work approx.
1 weekend day every 4 weeks, to provide "on call" clinical support to the weekend teams.
