  Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Provide thorough and accurate information regarding our products/services, pricing, and policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely manner, ensuring their satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas to enhance the client experience.
Assist in training new team members and provide support on best practices.
Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer support or client-facing role preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and positive demeanor.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
