The portfolio is world-renowned, rich in heritage and encompasses predominantly commercial and retail assets, most of which is based in Central London, with a small proportion in Berkshire.
The Role: This role involves leading project design, planning, team coordination, and ensuring timely, budget-friendly delivery of results.
Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and maintaining effective communication with management, clients, and relevant stakeholders.
Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with all Development documentation, processes, and procedures.
Facilitate conflict management and resolution effectively.
Organise and lead project planning sessions to ensure smooth development and execution.
Coordinate resource allocation to optimise project success potential.
Define project objectives and scope, coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct risk assessments to proactively address potential challenges and minimize costs.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budget frameworks.
Regularly review project scope, timelines, and budget to make necessary adjustments as per industry standards.
About you: The perfect candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying, along with at least five years of project management experience.
Ideally you will have MRICS/ MAPM qualification.
A strong history of successful project management and the ability to effectively oversee multiple projects at once is essential.
