Client Services Manager

Are you an experienced leader in the Financial Planning sector looking for your next challenge?
We're currently recruiting on behalf of a long established Financial Planning Practice based in Central London who are seeking a Client Services Team Manager to lead and inspire a team of 6 support staff, ensuring the highest standards of client service and operational efficiency.

The Role You'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the Client Services Team, ensuring they provide the necessary support to Financial Planners and Assistant Financial Planners.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing team workload, conducting 1:1s, and driving continuous improvement.
Overseeing client onboarding processes to ensure seamless and efficient service.
Identifying process improvement opportunities and delivering effective solutions.
Leading recruitment and career development for team members.
What We're Looking For Experience: At least 3 years in a financial services role, with management experience.
Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems, strong organizational abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Attributes: A calm, detail-oriented leader with high professional standards and a collaborative mindset.
