Client Services Executive Leeds Based, Hybrid Working (1/2 days per week) Salary £30,000 - £35,000 On behalf of our excellent client, we are looking for a Client Services Executive (CSE) to join their busy Client Services team, to work with their clients ensuring they receive exceptional service whilst supporting the company's sales goals.
The CSE will working directly with clients to develop and implement client service strategies to increase sales within their existing customer base, whilst providing a positive experience for all clients.
The CSE will be the main point of contact and escalation for clients, and act as liaison between support and sales.
Role Responsibilities Interact regularly with clients to build positive relationships, ensuring their needs are being met Conduct Quarterly Business and Service reviews (QBR) to review requirements as well as presenting additional services which may be of benefit to the client Resolve complex issues in a professional manner Update records and documentation for all client interactions Oversee the onboarding process of new customers, from installation through to steady state Skills & Experience 2+ years' experience in customer facing and/or sales roles Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of clients Strong analytical skills Knowledge of corporate Information Technology (IT), experience working with IT integrators, or IT Managed Services Providers (MSPs) would be advantageous Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make well-informed decisions Strong organizational and time management skills Knowledge of customer service programs and CRM management programs.
HubSpot experience would be advantageous Innovative, creative thinking skills to ensure the organization is providing a cutting-edge client experience MS Office proficient, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
