DNA Recruit is working for a leading Marketing Education Company to find them an Exceptional Client Services Director.

YOUR ROLE As the primary point of contact for their valued clients, you will represent the company and act as a conduit to their expertise and coaching team.
Your mission is to guide clients through their process efficiently, ensuring they launch successfully and on schedule.
The client's success is their success.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee daily client interactions and ensure a top-notch experience.
Lead a Client Team of 5 to 6 members, driving service quality and team efficiency.
Manage client communications from onboarding to follow-ups.
Schedule calls and coordinate meetings with coaches.
Maintain client records and ensure all relevant information is accessible.
Update the members' area promptly with recordings, dates, and links.
Record and report client satisfaction and feedback.
Provide feedback to the Management Team and suggest improvements.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Proven experience in a client services or client success role, preferably in the education or coaching industry.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficient in using CRM systems and other client management tools.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Experience in scheduling and coordinating meetings and events.
