They are looking for an experienced financial markets professional with solid experience in an trading operations, client services or account management focused role, to join their client solutions team, responsible for managing the needs of their external services client base.

What You'll Do As part of the Integrated Client Solutions Team, you will be first line responder responsible for day-to-day client interactions, ensuring communications are completed efficiently, with an emphasis on client care and attention.
Collaborating with multiple teams, you will pro-actively support the needs of the company's global client base whilst adhering to the company's policies and procedures.
You will also be responsible for client onboarding and various ad-hoc projects, utilising effective problem solving and time management skills.
You will take ownership of monitoring NOP limits and Margin Utilisations, in addition to reviewing client KYC information and documentation to ensure they are accurate, verified and complete.
What You'll Need A strong academic background.
Strong experience working in a client services, account management or trading operations capacity.
Strong experience with client on-boarding and management.
Strong knowledge of FX, Futures or other Derivative products.
MT4 experience - preferred but not essential.
Excellent client relationship management and interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self starter with an enquiring mind, excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Some technical experience including Python and/or Excel would be highly beneficial.
