Reporting to the Team Leader, you will ensure a professional and proactive facilities service and reception support, contributing to the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities include: Ensure high standards of office presentation, especially in client-facing areas.
Facilitate effective communication between the client services team and other departments.
Provide support with business service tasks across the office.
Manage bookings, preparation, and maintenance of meeting rooms.
Oversee office supplies and handle incoming and outgoing mail and couriers.
Adhere to Health & Safety protocols, including emergency procedures.
Whats needed for me to be considered?
Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally with front-of-house experience.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
