Client Services Analyst The Role: Actively identify opportunities for clients to support their servicing needs Involvement in all aspects of the client journey from pre-account submissions to ongoing account management Business operational projects Ensuring that processes and procedures are adhered to Ensure all reviews are being processed in a timely manner and Service-Level Agreements are adhered to Developing relationships with the wider business and key clients Specialists in areas in the alternative investment industry Liaising with internal departments to resolve queries Maintaining key relationships with Front Office pre and post-sale Identifying system and process improvements and raising these for consideration Participating in projects ensuring business requirements are understood Provide high-touch Client Service to the Global Accounts Client Book Hold yourself and the wider team to an exceptional standard Delivering your own work and the wider teams to tight deadlines Skills & Experience Required: Over 2 years experience in a similar role, Client facing or KYC processing Knowledge of KYC/AML documents and requirements To take a holistic approach to situations and see the wider picture Strong time management skills Attention to detail Able to operate in a professional manner and environment Excellent communication skills Pro-activity in your approach to account management Methodical and numerate, with a strong attention to detail.
