*  In-office Monday – Friday  *What you'll be doing day-to-day:Supporting Investment Management team and their clientsLiaising with dealers and brokers  Preparing correspondence and meeting reportsUsing CRM softwareProcessing investor applications and coordinating investor processes, including KYCResponding to client queries and attending meetings with clientsManaging multiple appointments within a shared diaryKeeping files up to dateKeeping up to date on compliance and regulationArranging events, lunches and meetingsAttending client and compliance briefingsHours 8.30 – 5 and 5 days a week in the officeThe skills you need to bring:Experience in financial servicesStrong MS Office and CRM skillsAn understanding and interest in Financial ServicesSuperb client facing skillsConfident communication skillsHard-working attitude
