The main purpose of the Client Services Administrator is to ensure that all clients are successfully onboarded by providing them with a faultless, high-level service and support function.
As a Client Services Administrator your duties will include but are not limited to: Supporting all business administration activities, managing client queries.
Administration and creation of client accounts.
Provisioning services, features and telecoms for clients.
Adding, removing and changing services for clients as required.
Answering client queries, managing fault reports and ensuring resolutions are delivered.
Creating customer agreements and updating associated contracts, billing and other related documents.
Creating client documentation such as "how-to" guides.
Removing and archiving accounts that are no longer active.
Answering incoming calls and forwarding to the correct person.
Housekeeping – maintaining stationary levels, opening company mail.
To be a successful Client Services Administrator, you must have: Experience of working in a service-oriented industry.
The ability to remain calm under pressure and think quickly.
A willingness to work as part of a team.
A solution focused approach to problem solving.
Excellent attention to detail.
A confident telephone manner with the ability to understand issues empathetically.
Microsoft Office products experience with a desire to learn new systems and processes.
