A leading bank is expanding its Client Services team and is seeking a permanent client onboarding specialist who will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service delivery.
The information below covers the role requirements, expected candidate experience, and accompanying qualifications.
The ideal Client Service Analyst will have experience in: Managing client onboarding process Be the first point of contact for support, analysing customer data, and identifying trends Provide insight to enhance customer satisfaction The client is looking for someone with ideally: 2 years' experience within the financial services sector ( Ideally Middle office) Excellent customer service experience and knowledge of Hubspot (CRM system) Strong analytical and problem solving skillset Track record facing off to stakeholders and customers This role is paying up to £40,000 with additional benefits!
Ideally, the individual would need to come into the office 4 days a week.
