My client, one of the fastest-growing companies in the cosmetics industry, is looking for an experienced CRM Manager to join their team in Leeds.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the way we connect with customers across multiple channels, including email, SMS, and WhatsApp.

The Ideal Candidate: We're looking for someone who can not only create impactful CRM content but also manage and optimise workflows to deliver a personalised, engaging customer experience.

Experience: Proven experience in CRM management, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
Strong familiarity with HubSpot and its CRM tools, including workflow creation, automation, and reporting.
Content Creation Skills: Ability to design and write effective email, SMS, and WhatsApp content that resonates with our audience.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in creating and managing HubSpot workflows to automate campaigns and enhance customer engagement.
Data-Driven: Comfortable analysing CRM data to refine strategies and maximise customer retention and satisfaction.
Strategic Thinker: Able to plan and execute CRM strategies that align with overall marketing objectives.
Collaborative Approach: Works effectively with marketing, design, and paid media teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
Your Role: Design and implement email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns that engage and convert customers.
Build and manage complex HubSpot workflows , ensuring seamless automation and delivery.
Monitor and analyse CRM performance, using insights to optimise campaigns and workflows.
Collaborate with creative teams to ensure content is visually appealing, on-brand, and impactful.
Maintain and segment the CRM database to enhance personalisation and targeting.
Stay up-to-date with CRM trends and innovations, ensuring the company's strategies remain competitive and effective.
