Job Title: Client Relationship Executive Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 Location: Sevenoaks District We have an exciting opportunity within a leading national financial planning firm providing holistic and dynamic streams of advice using market-leading technology and solutions.
This firm are striving to grow and be a recognised wealth management brand across the UK having recently acquired reputable foundation businesses in the advice world.

You will….
- Be the primary point of contact for clients; building relationships and rapport, creating a welcoming environment within the office, resolving queries and chasing outstanding requirements to ensure an efficient advice process - Organise Financial Planners diaries, client appointments, meeting times and locations.
- Support data input into internal CRM such as fact finds, review packs and client maintenance requirements.
- Work in a timely manner, seeking efficiency updates and improvements to improve client experience - Day to day office management, stationery and office supply ordering, mentoring Client Relationship Executive Assistant colleagues and assist with the development of operational processes.
