Our specialist divisions are now defined and as a result of continued growth, we are building the next phase of our client development team.
Client Partnership Officers will work in partnership with our sales teams to identify potential client interest, via market maps and MI data (developed and provided in-house), before launching business development pipelines to attract and engage new client discussions.
This is not hard sales; we are targeted and driven, but this is a delicate space with a need for patience and precision.
The role will include: Online contact sourcing and research. E-marketing. Telephone-based relationship management. Delivery of project management style solutions (post contract win). KPI:Health can offer ongoing career development; we're halfway through our 3rd year and there is huge room to establish a career within our ambitious team.
Personal Specification: This plays a vital role in the continued growth of our business; we are seeking the following skills/experience:
An articulate business developer/account manager – Public Sector or Healthcare insight is ideal. A strong communicator across both written and verbal delivery; we work with experienced professional leaders which requires a strong attention to detail. Experience of working to targets; this isn't a micromanaged culture and we therefore need a motivated person with an eagerness to move forward. Strong minimum standards are key; we can offer flexibility but the ability to be with us and focused is of huge importance. An active learner; our markets are developing all of the time and we're looking for a person with an aptitude and interest in their marketplace. Looking forward: KPI:Health is already building new divisions; our future is based upon an ideology of solution design on a global scale.
Your induction will be designed during the interview, alongside a clear presentation on career development and the opportunity for salary/bonus increases. Our aim is to find long-term colleagues who want to achieve success as part of our journey.
Our organisation already encompasses 4 healthcare-based sectors – with each unit both growing and requiring a compliance presence.
This vacancy will report to the Client Partnership Director, offering progression to manager level within 18 months.

A salary of £25,000 – £28,000
20 days annual leave – increasing annually
Access to a monthly bonus worth up to 15% of salary per year based upon goals set during the interview.
