About the Role: Do you want to work for one of the most recognisable brands in the UK, currently undergoing a marketing transformation? Are you an experienced leader who thrives on working with fast-paced and innovative clients? Are you an experienced senior client and agency leader looking for their next challenge?
In Feb 2024, Allwyn UK took over the licence to run The National Lottery. They won a 10-year licence with an ambitious plan to bring new players to the portfolio of National Lottery games and ultimately drive future growth.
Hearts and Science won the 2023 Allwyn pitch by demonstrating that Hearts is different from an ordinary media agency. Built in the digital age, the Hearts DNA is different. Their people bring to life their values of challenging conventions, celebrating difference, collaboration, and positivity. They make decisions that benefit their people, their agency, their partners, and their clients both today and tomorrow. In media terms, this means total transparency, over-and-above data governance, ethical media practices, and thinking both long and short. The Client Experience team embodies and champions this philosophy and plays a critical role in developing partnerships that are built on a deep understanding of our client's brands and their evolving needs.
Reporting directly to the Allwyn Managing Partner and in close collaboration with the senior Hearts Allwyn leadership team, this Client Partner role will be responsible for owning the overarching portfolio view of the National Lottery family of games. Working alongside two existing client partners who are responsible for specific games, this role will act as a key contact to the client, The Head of Media, and their team of senior media clients. With a generous annual media budget, this role will offer a diverse range of opportunities, helping to drive a multi-faceted communications strategy and helping to lead a cross-discipline team of 40+ specialists.
With Allwyn about to embark on a game-changing digital transformation, they are about to enter a phase of unlimited possibilities to evolve their media. If you are excited about innovation and can support a large client team through a period of change and evolution, this is the perfect role for you.
About You: You will bring to the role recent experience working with UK high-profile, fast-paced clients. You will be a media leader with gravitas and passion who understands the complexity of running a large cross-discipline team. You will thrive on problem-solving, be able to demonstrate commercial aptitude, and enjoy setting a cultural agenda that reflects Hearts' position in the market. If this excites you, please get in touch.
