We are currently looking for a Client Partner (Amazon) to join the team and become part of our close-knit family of passionate Activators.
Role Overview The Client Partner will champion best-in-class client service by building trusting partnerships, providing strategic guidance, and pushing the boundaries of innovation. An ambassador for Kepler, you will lead by example and provide thought leadership for key department and broader business initiatives. As a member of the department leadership group, you will run a team of Directors, Managers, and Analysts providing line management and coaching supporting and ensuring operational excellence.
About the Role Build deep relationships with senior client stakeholders leading to successful partnerships. Be seen as a trusted advisor to key client stakeholders across all aspects of digital marketing, shaping requirements, providing thought leadership, and consulting with them on how to successfully achieve their business goals. Provide educational support to client stakeholders as required. Lead and develop client strategy against broader marketing and business objectives, pushing the boundaries of innovation. Produce compelling strategic proposals and recommendations which clearly communicate how they meet business goals whilst simplifying the complex. Lead and manage specialist projects for clients, the team, and the company. Effectively grow new business from existing clients, identifying opportunities to develop new and creative ways to add value. Provide expertise for the application of new products/technology. Adept in the use of data, media, and creative capabilities across various digital channels. Maintain or improve client health and satisfaction scores. Work alongside sales to contribute to new business pitch strategy and storytelling. Motivate and inspire team members, supporting with training, learning, and development. Conduct performance appraisals for direct reports and ensure team appraisals provide clear and effective development goals. Develop valuable relationships with all colleagues built on strong communication and collaboration. Proactively seek ways to improve internal processes and ways of working with the clients and team. Embody Kepler company values as a role model for the team and ambassador for the business. Desired Experience and Skills At least 7 years of experience working within the media industry, with extensive digital media or digital consultancy experience. Experience with Amazon DSP and/or Sponsored Ads required. Commercially minded, with an impressive track record of contributing to new business pitches and growth of existing business. Proven track record of managing and building sizeable client accounts. Good knowledge of our competitors and their position in the market. Experience of pro-actively managing and developing a strong account team. Highly numerical and analytical. A proven passion for digital media/advertising & technology.
