As we continue to expand, we're seeking a Client Mobilisation Manager who will play a key role in creating seamless onboarding experiences for our clients and ensuring their success from day one.
The Role: Located in Stretford, Trafford Park and comprises of Hybrid working.
As a Client Mobilisation Manager at RealityMine, you'll be the primary leader for the onboarding, setup, and mobilisation of new client accounts, setting them up for success and delivering against our ViA pillars.
Working closely with Business Development and our internal technical teams, you will provide essential support in shaping client deliverables, coordinating project requirements, and ensuring smooth transitions.
This is an impactful role with a high degree of client visibility, as you'll act as the central point of contact for pilots, onboarding, and migrations, bringing together cross-functional teams to deliver a world-class client experience.
Key Responsibilities: ·        Oversee the successful onboarding and mobilisation of new RealityMine clients and ·        partnerships, from initial planning to seamless handover to Account Managers.
Collaborate with Business Development to provide technical sales support, ensuring each client's unique requirements are fully met and set up for long-term success.
·        Lead the setup and configuration of client technology, data supply, and data access, ·        ensuring all technical elements align with client needs and RealityMine standards.
Act as the main coordinator across internal RealityMine teams, including Product, ·        Technology, and Delivery, ensuring smooth onboarding and migration processes.
Oversee and address project RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) issues, ·        escalating to senior management when necessary.
Foster first-class client communication and relationship-building, ensuring clients are ·        engaged and informed throughout their onboarding journey.
Contribute insights to our Product Roadmap based on client feedback, aligning ·       RealityMine's offerings with market demands.
Drive continuous improvement within the Client Mobilisation process, contributing to the development of our ViA strategy.
·        Adhering to company policies and procedures with respect to security, quality, and health and safety.
About You: You are a proactive and client-focused professional with a passion for project management and a knack for relationship building.
Your experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects makes you a natural fit for this role, and you thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Here's what we're looking for: Proven track record of delivering complex projects involving multiple partners on time and ·        within budget.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a desire to build solid relationships ·        with both clients and internal stakeholders.
Ability to influence and negotiate at a senior level, both with clients and internally, ensuring ·        a project's success.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities, comfortable managing multiple ·        priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Client-facing experience, ideally up to senior management or board level.
