Position Overview: We are looking for a strategic Client Marketing Manager to join our team.
This role is critical for managing client relationships, developing and implementing marketing strategies, overseeing campaigns across multiple channels, and enhancing social media presence.
The ideal candidate will have strong skills in content, email marketing, social media management (particularly on LinkedIn), and be open to mentoring junior team members.
Responsibilities Client management: Serve as the main point of contact alongside the client services team for clients, ensuring exceptional client service.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and objectives.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Strategy and campaign management: Collaborate with the client to develop and implement marketing strategies.
Lead the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand messaging.
Utilise data-driven insights to optimise campaigns and drive results.
Social media management: Manage clients' social media profiles, focusing on LinkedIn Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to create target lists and implement outreach strategies.
Write compelling and engaging social media copy tailored to the ideal client profile.
Content creation and collaboration: Collaborate with the content team to produce consistent and aligned social media content.
Create promotion plans for digital events, including webinars, online training, and podcasts.
Monitoring and reporting: Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities.
Provide weekly status reports across all activities, detailing progress and next steps.
Provide monthly performance reports on key metrics, including engagement, reach, and lead generation, with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Team leadership and mentorship: Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
Facilitate communication and coordination across teams to ensure project success.
Qualifications: Proven experience in B2B professional services content marketing management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact effectively with diverse audiences.
Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and campaign optimisation.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and platforms.
Excellent writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy.
Knowledge of B2B marketing principles and practices is a plus.
