Description: R_282942 Client Manager – Cyber, Media and TechnologyWe are seeking a talented individual to join our Cyber team at Marsh.
This role will be based in Norwich.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.Are you interested in working within a highly skilled team that specialises in supporting the placement of specialist insurance policies for Marsh's Cyber, Media & Technology?

If so, we are currently looking to expand our team and are interested in speaking with top talent within the insurance industry.You will provide support to Client Executives and Brokers, facilitate placement of policies and deliver excellent client service for Cyber, Media & Technology as well as contribute towards and meet internal targets in respect of: error reduction, quality checking, processing and more.We will count on you to:Prepare Quotes, Market Reform Contracts and Endorsements (MRCs and MRCEs) and adapt these based on information received from our clients and input from the Client Executive/Broking teamsDemonstrate knowledge of process steps, procedures and standards throughout the new business and renewal process of the Broking Placement cycleSupport brokers to ensure compliance with current regulatory and company policy requirementsProvide clear direction to Technical Servicing Teams through the Work Request Form (WRF)Review and respond to queries emanating from Marsh Operations and manage these to close in a timely mannerTo liaise and coordinate with Brokers and colleagues within Cyber, Media & Technology and across the wider organisationArrange for new clients to be set up on our systems, monitor progress of on-boarding/due diligence of clients, intermediaries, and markets.Carry out research for more senior colleagues to enable them to inform client developments affecting various types of businessEffectively plan and organise workload in order to meet business timescalesSelf-motivate in order to achieve desired results with regard to team, company and annual personal objectivesWhat you need to have: Insurance background desirableProfessional affiliation/accreditations CII desirableFamiliarity of London Market Placing Platforms e.g.
