As aClient Manager, youll play a key role in maintainingtheirreputation for excellence while advancing your career within a Chartered Corporate Insurance Broker.
What Youll Be Doing?
In this role, youll be the trusted partner for clients across various industries, demonstrating your insurance expertise daily by: Managing and Strengthening Relationships: Nurture valuable client and insurer relationships with proactive communication and support.
Policy Management: Oversee renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business processes, ensuring policies are comprehensive and compliant with FCA standards.
Client Support: Address queries and changes in risk or coverage with professionalism, accuracy, and timeliness.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain meticulous client records, input data into our bespoke systems, and ensure all documents meet regulatory standards.
Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with Client Account Executives and Directors, supporting them on client visits and strategy planning.
Sales & Growth: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell, contributing to team and company goals.
Who You Are?
Theirideal Client Manager has at least2 years of broking experience, a strong understanding of commercial insurance products, and a Cert CII qualification (or working towards one).They'relooking for: Client-Centric Enthusiasm: Youre passionate about building client relationships and delivering excellent service.
Insurance Knowledge: Your expertise spans multiple classes of insurance, allowing you to provide insightful recommendations.
Team-Oriented Approach: You enjoy working collaboratively and sharing knowledge with others.
Organizational Skills: Youre detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and can manage multiple priorities effectively.
