We are committed to building a culture where everyone has the opportunity to do meaningful work and be both recognised and rewarded for their effort Duties & Responsibilities Dealing with telephone calls and correspondence from clients, electronic communication from clients via our client web application and updating computer records in accordance with their instructions Review cases at various status and action accounts accordingly Providing clients with updates on accounts Making trace enquiries by telephone and correspondence.
Standard computerised letters are available on our system Assistance with other duties that are within the scope of the job purpose Benefits This can be a full or part-time, hybrid role where time will be split between our office in Redditch and working from home!
