Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist Location: Wrexham, UK Salary: 25k - 27k Contract Details: Full-time, permanent position Responsibilities: Facilitate exceptional product experiences for our clients, ensuring they maximise their investment with the client.
Utilise clear verbal and written communication skills to assist clients in navigating their journey with our products.
Take client feedback seriously and share insights to prevent client churn and increase product adoption.
Develop educational resources to accelerate client onboarding and drive rapid product adoption.
Deliver navigational demonstrations digitally and automate tools to optimise product utilisation.
Offer efficient and effective solutions to client queries through various channels, including our Help Centre and case, telephone, or video calls.
Identify client needs and provide guidance on utilising specific product features.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to proactively enhance the overall client experience.
Triage technical bugs and issues, ensuring swift resolution by collecting pertinent information and minimising clients' touchpoints.
Troubleshoot and follow our Incident Management process to resolve client problems promptly.
