Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Experience Coordinator to join our remote team.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients have a seamless and exceptional experience from start to finish.
You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, as well as coordinating and managing all aspects of their adventure experience.
Key Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely and personalized responses to inquiries, concerns, and requests - Collaborate with our adventure planning team to create customized itineraries for clients, taking into account their preferences and needs - Coordinate all aspects of the client's adventure experience, including transportation, accommodation, activities, and meals - Communicate with local partners and suppliers to ensure smooth and high-quality service delivery - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documents - Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively - Provide support to clients during their adventure, including troubleshooting and problem-solving as needed - Continuously seek ways to improve and enhance the client experience, and share feedback with the team - Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned Qualifications: - Experience in hospitality, tourism, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role is a plus but not required. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities - Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment - Passion for helping people craft customized itineraries. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if needed Why Work with Us: - Fully remote and flexible work environment - Opportunities for growth and professional development - Collaborative and supportive team culture - Make a positive impact on the adventure travel industry Requirements: *Must be 18 and over *Authorized to work in the US, UK or Australia *WiFi and device required Join our team and be a part of creating unforgettable experiences for our clients while promoting responsible and sustainable tourism practices.
