Job Description Our Mission is to expand Edinburgh's capacity to care with companionship Providing great  job satisfaction  to everyone who works with us & Helping our ageing clients to live well in their own homes; to keep visiting the people and places they love & providing reassurance and respite to their families We're looking for someone who shares our values to  join our supportive, award-winning team  as a Client Care Consultant.
From meeting with the clients and families to get them started on their care journey with Home Instead, to a variety of touchpoints, reviewing how their service is going and making sure their needs are being met.
As well as these core responsibilities, you'll have the opportunity to  develop yourself  by supporting the rest of the team in other aspects of what we do.
