We're looking for an experienced Client Director to join an agency that drives growth for multi-channel retail clients.
About the agency This is a small but growing marketing agency that are specialists in the retail marketplace.
They help businesses grow profitably by leveraging customer insights to optimize marketing strategies, improve retention, and also to enter new markets.
They offer data analysis, insights and multi-channel development to drive customer acquisition and loyalty for their retail accounts.
About the Role: Client Director / Account Director You'll manage a portfolio of retail accounts, working as an integral part of your clients' teams to deliver innovative marketing strategies backed by data insights.
You'll oversee every aspect of client engagement.
What We're Looking For: Experience: Proven marketing background with a focus on retail, CRM, and data-driven campaigns.
This could be working at a retail brand or working at a data, CRM or marketing agency where you have focused on smaller retail accounts / mail order retail Relationship Management: Able to build rapport and trust, engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Highly commercial, Innovative, results-driven, and eager to deliver excellence.
The salary for this role is £60k–£80k and the role is based predominantly from home but some visits to the London office or clients will be required.
