About the Role: As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be at the forefront of our client development strategy, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with their most important clients.
You will work closely with account teams to ensure the strategic direction and growth of client accounts, advocating for the client voice and promoting best practices in relationship management.
Key Responsibilities: Client Development: Develop a deep understanding of client structures, operations, and strategic goals to position the firm effectively.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Relationship Partners and various business development teams to implement initiatives that strengthen client relationships and increase revenue streams.
Strategic Planning: Guide account teams through the client planning process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and continuous progress.
Business Analysis: Conduct comprehensive business analysis, including client strategy, revenue and profitability assessments, and market share analysis.
Communication: Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and business development managers, ensuring smooth delivery of commitments and proposals.
Client Interaction: Cultivate direct client contact and relationships, managing proposals and secondment strategies where appropriate.
