Client Care Scheduler Coordinator

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a compassionate and organised Care Coordinator to schedule client visits and ensure seamless care delivery.You'll have care experience, or transferable skills and perhaps a background in managing rotas and schedules in other settings such as retail, hospitality or transport.As one of our key players you'll work with the rest of the team to coordinate visits and handle scheduling changes.
