About the Role: As a Customer Account Manager, you will support our client's valued customer base by delivering accurate price quotations and outstanding customer service.
Your responsibilities will include: Customer Service/Sales: - Assisting customers via phone, fax, and email.
- Providing timely and accurate price quotations.
- Processing customer orders and ensuring their requirements are met.
- Developing professional relationships with customers and sales representatives.
- Proactively communicating with customers and suppliers.
