Client Account Manager

We're looking for a dedicated and personable account manager to maintain client accounts and serve as our main point of contact.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a drive for providing exceptional customer service.

Objectives of this role Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and recruitment needs Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals Work with our sales team to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met Develop a thorough understanding of our service offerings to better up-sell and cross-sell to clients Responsibilities Handle inquiries and requests from clients and address their recruitment needs Stay on top of accounts, making sure we maintain high levels of satisfaction and fulfil all their requirements Meet regularly with clients to discuss progress and any future planned requirements Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organisation Identify up-sell, cross-sell, and communicate with the sales team regularly Do payroll for our workers making sure to keep to key deadlines Required skills and qualifications Experience in a sales or customer account management position Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Preferred skills and qualifications Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and receiving positive customer feedback Proficiency with CRM systems Reference: S09 About Us We are dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive community.
