Job Opportunity: Clerk of Works – Leading Consultancy - several locations available including Bristol, Oxford and Worcestershire and Birmingham!

The role covers an expansive area from South Wales to Birmingham and Oxford, with flexible hybrid working options available.
Key Responsibilities: * Conducting thorough inspections of ongoing projects to ensure they meet all specified standards and requirements.
* Identifying and reporting any issues in workmanship or materials to the Project Manager and Principal Contractor.
* Compiling comprehensive reports and managing tasks using platforms such as Fieldview.
* Keeping meticulous records of project progress, promptly highlighting any delays or problems.
* Offering expert guidance to the Project Manager and resolving any queries related to project drawings and specifications.
* Regular site visits to ensure services are delivered in accordance with building contract requirements.
Qualifications: * Significant experience in cladding remediation or construction projects, particularly with high-risk buildings.
* Membership or eligibility for membership with professional bodies such as RICS, CIOB, or ICWCI.
* Proficiency with modern technological tools, including tablets and Fieldview software.
* Proximity to Worcestershire or Bristol is beneficial for ease of travel to various project sites.
