Northern Ireland Housing Executive - Clerical Officer - Armagh Do you have administrative experience and looking for a role within the Public Sector?
About the role: Hourly Rate: £11.59 per hour Location: Armagh Hours of Work: 37.5 hrs per week, Monday to Friday 9.00 am 5.00 pm Holidays: 35 days pro rata Duration: Temporary, ongoing Please note closing date for this vacancy is by 21st November 2024 - however you can register your interest for other upcoming vacancies by applying today.
Duties include: Provide timely administrative and co-ordination support.
Ensure data and reports are formatted correctly, to high standards of presentation using word, power point, excel and other IT software as required.
Input data, maintain records and reporting systems.
Telephone duties.
Customer service.
Criteria: 4 GCSEs to include Maths and English 1 years relevant experience in a similar role IT/Microsoft Office Proficiency - Beginner As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure.
