ClearCourses Retail and Hospitality Division is seeking a Lead Business Development Manager to drive growth across our TISSL and Giftpro business units.

Role Overview: As Lead Business Development Manager, you will oversee the sales efforts for our TISSL and Giftpro business units.
Youll manage a team of three (2 BDMs and 1 SDR), ensuring alignment with ClearCourses strategic goals while actively participating in sales activities.
This role is ideal for someone transitioning into leadership, offering the chance to develop management skills while driving revenue growth in the hospitality-tech sector.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow market share for TISSL and Giftpro.
Actively sell, build high-level client relationships, and close deals.
Conduct regular performance reviews, set targets, and support team development.
Collaborate with marketing and leadership to align sales strategies with business goals.
Monitor sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay ahead of industry trends to inform business strategies.
What were looking for: Required skills & experience: Proven success in a customer-facing sales role with a strong track record.
Solid understanding of the hospitality-tech landscape and digital solutions.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Eagerness to develop management skills.
Desired skills & experience: Payments sales experience (e.g., integrated solutions or referrals).
Experience developing and executing strategic sales plans.
