Cleaner Telford Depot Newport £12.26 Per hour Newport Norse represents the highly successful joint venture between Norse Group and Newport City Council, providing contract cleaning services across the local area.
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Cleaner for Telford Depot in Newport.
It will be your responsibility to ensure the site is kept clean secure and maintained; undertaking several cleaning duties as required.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness Report any defects or issues to the Area Supervisor Ensure all health and safety is followed Provide excellent customer service This position is being offered on a part time, permanent contract working 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday 6am-9am.
We will provide full training if you have not worked within the industry before, but ideally we are looking for: Previous experience working in a cleaning, janitorial position Knowledge of health & safety regulations that are relevant to the post, including using relevant machinery and products Ability to work autonomously, managing your own workload Excellent communicator, comfortable engaging with members of the public and the client Our offer Alongside a positive working environment and a commitment to reinvesting in training for our staff, we offer: £12.26 Per hour Access to our Local Government Pension Scheme 23 days Annual Leave with a further 2 concessionary days (plus 8 Bank Holidays).
