The following skills and personal qualities would be advantageous: Enthusiasm, self-motivation and the ability to use initiative to deal with minor problems as they arise.A range of practical skills and pride in maintaining high quality work.An understanding of Health and Safety policies and procedures.The ability to work individually and as part of a team.
