Job Description - Cleaner Required to start ASAP.
Must have a full manual UK driving license.
Company van with fuel card and work mobile phone provided.
Planet Turf Limited are looking to employ a commercial cleaner on a full-time basis.
Hours will vary from week to week as we follow a Week 1 / Week 2 rota system.
These will be from 22-26 hours per week depending on what sites are due a clean.
This does not include the travelling time this is just cleaning hours.
Must be able to cover extra jobs if the other cleaner is off sick / annual leave.
You will need to complete detailed cleaning tasks at a number of commercial sites located over the South East, Essex, Kent, Guilford and some London locations (N & NW) so you must be prepared to travel from site to site.
Sites will typically be communal areas within blocks of flats and access will be by codes, keys provided by us, Trade button or resident access.
We also carry out monthly flick & fire alarm tests at some sites but not all.
A full cleaning kit and uniform will be provided with a rota and site specifications, if we have been issued one by the Managing Agent.
At each site you will be required to take photographs of your clean.
There will also be an attendance sheet at every site which must be signed and dated on each visit and a photo taken of this also.
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate a focused approach, as well as being self-motivated and enthusiastic.
It is essential they take pride in their own work and have a "can do" attitude.
This job is quite demanding with lots of stairs and large sites, so physical fitness and endurance is very important.
Full clean UK driving license and previous cleaning experience is essential.
