This vital role will involve preparing vacant properties, ensuring they are cleared, cleaned, and maintained to a high standard.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out property clearance, performing final cleans, and completing garden maintenance as needed, ensuring our properties are presented in excellent condition, all while keeping effective communication with residents, ensuring they are informed of progress and any issues are addressed promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements Key responsibilities in the Clear & Clean Operative...
Prepare empty homes by managing property clearance, final cleaning, and necessary garden work.
Implement waste management practices, ensuring all waste is sorted and recycled, and identify up cyclable furniture for our Re-Use initiative.
Assist in the collection of deliveries and maintain a tidy depot free of obstructions.
Motivate and support staff, trainees, and volunteers to deliver excellent customer service.
Provide assistance across various departments, including Mobile Cleaning, Estate Services Team, and Grounds Maintenance.
Effectively communicate updates to residents, ensuring transparency and clarity.
Address resident concerns proactively to achieve high customer satisfaction.
Uphold the highest health and safety standards and cultivate a safety-first culture.
Ensure compliance with risk assessments, COSHH regulations, and industry standards.
Perform basic checks and maintenance on equipment in line with operator guidelines.
We are looking for someone who has... Full Manual UK Driving Licence.
Practical experience in Cleaning or Caretaking.
Experience in a customer-focused environment, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to exceed customer expectations.
Knowledge of cleaning and caretaking equipment and machinery operation.
Understanding of the Health and Safety at Work Act and relevant site safety protocols.
Competent literacy and numeracy skills for accurate record keeping.
