About the role: As a Classroom Support Worker , you will provide essential support to teachers and students, ensuring that every learner has access to an engaging and inclusive educational experience.

Essential Qualities That We Are Looking For: Collaborate with teachers to create an organised and conducive learning environment.
Offer one-to-one and group assistance to students, addressing their academic and emotional needs.
Support learners with diverse needs, ensuring every student feels valued and empowered.
Assist in organising and preparing teaching materials to enhance classroom activities.
Motivate students to actively participate in lessons and develop their confidence.
Employ effective strategies to promote positive behaviour and manage challenges.

The Successful Candidate Will: Previous experience working with children, ideally within a classroom setting , is highly desirable.
Further qualifications in education, childcare, or a related field are advantageous.
A caring and flexible approach to meeting the needs of all learners.
The ability to build rapport with students, colleagues and parents.
Familiarity with the national curriculum and an understanding of diverse learning needs.
