Classroom Assistant - Whitstable Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored 1:1 support for students with specific learning needs, helping them stay on track with their studies.
Assist small groups of children with classroom activities, encouraging active participation and engagement.
Support the classroom teacher with lesson preparation and behaviour management.

Monitor and report on students' progress to the class teacher and SEN coordinator.
Classroom Assistant - Whitstable Requirements: Prior experience working with children in a school or educational setting.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A proactive approach to supporting both individual and group learning.
Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (preferred but not essential).
