Job DescriptionClassic Car Paint Sprayer / Fabricator – Cowfold (West Sussex) Salary: Negotiable depending on experienceHours: Monday to Friday, 8am till 5.30pmHoliday: 4 Weeks Paid Leave We are delighted to be working with a family owned motor engineering company in the Cowfold area (West Sussex) who are actively seeking to recruit an experienced Bodyshop Technician with a versatile skill set – able to paint / fabricate and experience with panel beating.
My client are a Classic Car specialist and have are proud to have a long history for repairing classic cars and providing high quality classic and vintage car repairs and restorations.
Working with a friendly team, you will need to be ready for a challenge to exceed customer expectations and deliver your best.
Attention to detail is crucial.What this role involves: Painting any repaired vehiclesExperience with fabrication and Panel BeatingChecking correct paint colour and use of spray out card for all coloursSetting the oven temperature, air pressure and timeApplying the appropriate fillers and stoppersPaint preparation and mixingRoller and paint spray primingCompleting quality control Ordering paint for parts when needed The skills you will need: Being able to work well in a teamHigh level of attention to detailPrevious experience as a Painter / FabricatorUse to working to deadlines, and producing quality workmanshipTo have a valid UK driving licence Keywords: Paint / bodyshop / Fabricator / spray / painter / sprayer / fabrication / Bodyshop / panel / beater / beating
